 We went downtown to Salt Lake City early last week. 

I can't say we were totally impressed.  I'm not sure if  we just don't know where the cool places are or if we were a little stressed driving around, but we didn't stay long.  We DID make it to Trader Joe's though, so

that made it fun.

 For dinner, we decided to try Ruth's Diner.  It was nestled up in the mountains out of Salt Lake a bit.

The view was beautiful.  The above photo is the view when you go into the restaurant.

 The back patio was just gorgeous.  We loved eating outdoors and our food was really good!

 Later on last week we went to Ikea south of Salt Lake so we ate in Salt Lake at Blue Lemon on the way.

Wouldn't you know it that the night we go to Ikea was Kids eat free night and we had just eaten.  Shoot!

 This little creek ran through the mall in Salt Lake, of course we had to check out the mall!

 More Mountains, I wonder if they will ever get old?
