Iowa on the Fourth of July
We had a very nice day with our family. Carl and Jeanette arrived and Bobby and the boys very shortly after. The boys had lots of fun riding bikes and driving tractors! Later on that evening we had a festive 4th of July meal with friends, complete with homemade ice cream. YUM! Too bad I didn't bring our ice cream maker with us. We seriously considered it. After relaxing in the evening we continued our relaxing on the deck where we could see several different fireworks from various locations, they were just a little on the smaller side.
