Day 7- Paradise (Half Moon Cay, Bahamas)

This place was so unbelievably beautiful it was hard to believe, I believe I just said the same thing twice in this sentence, can you believe it?

The water was so blue you could see right through it.

John with his snorkeling gear. There was a school of hundreds of clear fish that would swim in a large circle around you but never touch you. It was so fun watching them and attempting to touch them.

This was the one place we wouldn't have been to bummed to have been left behind on. It was very hard to get back on the ship after being at this beautiful private island.

All in all the cruise met our every expectation and even more and I hope this is just the beginning of us becoming expert sailers.
The end (of the cruise saga)

  1. Ah... if only we could afford to buy a private island!! Happy you ended your vacation on such an awesome note. Thanks for sharing all your pictures. I feel more relaxed just having looked at them.

  2. Wow, what an amazing experience. Maybe someday I can talk Derek in to cruising with you guys. The photos are spectacular. Makes me want to go back to Turks and Caicos! We have a conk from there, somewhere in a box. Derek dove down and got it from the bottom of the sea...it wasn't too deep. :) You guys look great.
