Peaches and fruit leathers

We found LOTS of good ones and our box filled up fast. Probably a little too full but now we've got some frozen peaches to enjoy this winter so that's ok!


We decided to try and make some fruit leathers so we made many batches of different varieties of fruits. Our best batch was the one that John cooked down the fruit first and then we baked it. They had the most flavor and were the softest to chew. We also used the dehydrator and just the baking method and they all turned out pretty good!
