100 calorie bagel?

I've been wanting to try to make bagels for awhile now so I finally decided to try it. Here is the separated dough, ready to be shaped.

I should have taken a picture of them boiling! I never realized you had to boil bagels but I suppose it makes sense!

The finished project turned out pretty good for the first time. It was pretty time consuming so I am still trying to decide if they are worth it. I'd like to try a couple more variations then I'll let you know my final opinion. They did turn out pretty thin, more like a 100 calorie bagel or a bagel thin.

Here is the recipe I used, but would be happy to try any other recipes!? I used half whole wheat and half white flour.
