Joel wanted to have a "funny birthday party"

A:  I don't know, but you'd better hope he likes it!

 The day was a hot one so the boys enjoyed some wet fun on the trampoline!

 Joel was so determined to have a pie in his face.  He said to me multiple times all week, "Mom I really want to have a pie smashed in my face" What! I guess he enjoyed the whipped cream too much at Jayden's birthday.  I kept telling him it probably just wouldn't work out.

So he was one happy birthday kid! Next Grandma had a game where you had to toss cheeto's at Joel's face to see how many you could get to stick! I think Joel had his "messy time" and was ready to get cleaned up so we hosed him off.  Yep, it was a hot day...remember?!

Happy 8th birthday to our (little to us but not so little anymore) Joel.
