Trail run initiation

Tuesday my running friend Sadie and "real friend" too of course...took my "new friend" Emily and I to Mohican so we could try out trail running.  Emily just explains it all to well so I think this is where I'm just going to be lazy and  insert a link for her page on the whole ordeal since she did such a FANTASTIC job with describing it.  Your so good with words Emily!!
