Scarlett and I spent the day together checking out the Ohio Bird Sanctuary in Mansfield. It's a really neat place, they rescue birds and the ones they are able to they release back into the wild. The others they take care of.
Inside the building they had some other animals to enjoy like this hamster and a chicken who was strutting around the building.
We met our friend Verle there and then had a picnic which is a crazy thing to do during an Ohio winter but not this year!

Oh my kids would have loved to see an owl!!
