For some reason Jayden say's syrup like "sear-up". It cracks us up and were not sure where he picked it up but its fun to hear him say it. We enjoyed a beautiful day down at Malabar farm last weekend where we got to do some hiking and syrup tasting and learning how its made. We met our friends Scott & Megan there along with their kiddos Carter and Abbie and also by surprise ran into some more friends while we were there, Steve and Leah and their cuties.
Watching maple syrup being made.
We walked back to some caves (which I can't believe I forgot to take a picture of) and hiked through them (TIGHT SQUEEZE) then came out up here on the top. You can actually look down over them but I didn't get a picture of that either. The boys are trying to figure out a different way through the caves so they went down and squeezed and climbed out this little hole they found.
John decided he liked the other route better, so came out the first way...
While Megan, Abbie and I just watched and laughed this time.
We couldn't ask for a better March in Ohio, it's been absolutely amazing! I think we may need to mow here, VERY soon.
Looks like fun! I say sear-up sometimes too. :) It really has been a wonderful March. My kids would have loved to have gotten the little pool out but I said no. Seems weird and out of place! I did get the sand and water table out to that will suffice for now.
