We had the privilege of having Dora over to our home today for Sunday lunch and a visit. She will be heading back to South America very soon. John made really good mango and black bean polenta casserole, YUM!

Jennifer- the recipe was in my new vegetarian times magazine and when I tried to print off the recipe for Dora online it's not there. Hopefully they will post it on the website soon. I'll keep checking!
