Scarlett and I worked hard on freezing 14 dozen corn on Friday. An added advantage besides the great company of course was the weather was so wonderful we did most of it outside. I did lose a pan in the process that got a little scorched on the bottom but I was looking for a reason to buy new pots anyway;)
