Demo of planking...incase you'd like to try it!

Ok, late on a boring Friday night Aaron, John, the boys and I got talking about planking and so decided we better look it up since we really didn't know to much about it. Well one thing led to another and....I'd say we are pro at it now!



YES that is my Dad too! The funniest part is right after this a man and his wife that Dad knows well from real estate walked up so Dad nonchalantly wiped off his clothes and walked over to say hello after they had been staring at us...lol! I would have at least said something about my kids making me do it or something but no, not a word was said. Haha!

I was trying to show Rachel the "art" of planking, I think she might need some more lessons;)
