We finally had a vegetarian success worth posting. I did not have bow tie pasta so used spiral pasta. It did need a little bit more seasoning so I topped with extra grated parmesan cheese and a little more salt and pepper. OH, and I used sugar snap peas because that's what was in the freezer!
