John and I made Grilled eggplant parmesan sandwiches and grilled cauliflower for supper. The boys got "fancy" grilled cheese because they weren't up for trying the eggplant.
Puerto Rican Baked Custard for dessert, this was by far all of our favorite part of the meal!
